SDN Global traces its roots back to 1982, when a small privately held company was formed that was later acquired and renamed SDN Global. There are many important milestones in the company’s history, including:

SDN Global deploys large retail point-of-sale system for a domestic retailer, servicing more than 350 stores

SDN Global doubles its infrastructure and satellite facilities

SDN Global completes and opens its Network Operations Center (NOC)
· 1995
SDN Global purchases first satellite IP-capable network
· 2001
Larry Jones takes helm as CEO, deploys new business plan for SDN Global, including product focus and growth initiatives

GenSat® product launched
· 2003
SDN Global deploys international voice and data network in Iraq
· 2003
RecoverSat®, BroadSatSM and JobSat® products are launched
· 2004
Current contracts project 2004 revenues doubling 2003 revenues
